In the winter of 2001 we entered for the first time on this 6,500 m2 plot located in the middle of a pine forest and native trees such as aromos, boldos, liters,  peumos  and molles what would later become our space, today turned into a true refuge and source of inspiration with all the necessary comfort to reside in it throughout the year.

In 2007 we built what would be the  first  refuge, a half-water house and we began to create our flowery garden with countless succulents, plants from the coastal area, pitas, cacti,  pilos  and n others  and from the south, ferns, myrtles, cow's feet and nalcas.

In 2012 we raised the construction to double the initial level by adding a second floor, making this space a pleasant place to create and dream. We transform it into a boutique hostel welcoming astronomers, psychologists, writers, yogists, writers, visual artists and photographers.

Today we have turned it into a workshop and gallery where to expose visual stories and host young photographers who will think, plan, develop, reside and expose everything they have learned in the photographic residency workshop.

Elisa Pérez, an industrial designer from the Diego Portales University, with several exhibition works at a cost and currently in the marketing area of Casa Ideas and Claudio Pérez, photographer of the defunct Association of Independent Photographers AFI , we are in charge of this project of Photographic Residence in Isla Negra .
